I’ve ordered a case for ip 13 on June 13 and still haven’t received the product or any updates regarding it. I tried contacting them through email and calls but no reply. I didn’t receive any order id upon my payment and I paid ₹379. When I texted on whatsapp no satisfactory reply was given and also I received my order id as 61898 after so many messages and calls. I tried tracking my order but it was not available. I want refund....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi, I placed an order for a Phone case on 11th March since then they are not responding to any of my mails or messages or calls and even the tracking id they have provided that is also not working, I would like to request for a refund if this is how it's gonna be...
