I purchased 7 fans from ATOMBERG TECHNOLOGIES and installed them in my house situated at B-4/104, Sahara grace Aptts, M G Road sector-28 GURGAON. on 7th may 2022.
Only two out of 7 fans are working properly. After a number of complains filed with the company, the defects could not be rectified completely.
now the manufacturer has become reluctant to attend to our complaints.
even as on today, two fans are not working...

I had ordered 4 Renesa fans from Atomberg Site on 13/01/22 all in Midnight Black colour, but when i received the shipment 3 fans were of the desires colour but one was of ivory colour.
I lodged a replacement claim on the same day, but did not get any update, so again complained on 23rd January 22. Till now i have received no confirmation about replacement order dispatch....
