I had applied for a personal loan in your bank before 30 days (dt.12 April 2023). Your staff said me that my documents are okay to proceed with and said the loan will be sanction after paying agreement fee. After paying agreement fee of Rs 8250/- the loan was not sanctioned and they said to pay insurance charges of Rs 18500/-. It was said that after paying you will get the loan amount credited in your account. Next they said to pay transaction charges of Rs 24500/- After paying the transaction charges nobody received my call. After 1 week they said your TDS is pending the amount of Rs 15000/-. I paid the TDS also But it’s been 30 days I haven’t received the loan amount and also I haven’t received any confirmation from your company (Axial Finance). Now also nobody picks my call. I am very disappointed with your poor service. I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your company staff but still it’s happening. Please refund my money.

Process fee and Hidden charges geun aajun 18500 magtat

Want my money back 1499+2500. And loan manager asking me to make2499 more to release the payment. And saying that 4999is security deposit amount. Will refund with loan amount. Am refused to pay he abused me. Please want my money back

I have applied for personal loan in Axial finance ltd and after that they charge me for processing fee of Rs.1399. when i search for the account number they provided to me to pay processing fee was of some other person name it was not company's account number hence it was totally fake company after that when i talk with their company person he started speaking slange languages.
