The money was deducted for the ticket but ticket was not issued to me, they are stealing our money by saying confirmed ticket, no one is lifting the call in customer care, they are not replying to email's or phone calls....

I travelled hosur to Chennai on 11th may, not provided any receipt for the ticket payment .details shared below
