Barrier was dropped by a employee car no PB 13AN 0023 at near about 1 AM 4 april 2022 at badbar toll plaza i showed him my police id card he waved with his hand pass thn when i was passing by mistake he dropped the barier...

I was visited on dt 18.02.2022 on Election Duty appointed by Election Commission Punjab. During passing of Toll Plaza at Badbar, I showed my ID Card and Election Duty appointment letter to respective staff. He/She verified my documents and allow me to cross toll plaza without any toll tax as per rules. But later on, I found that amount has been deducted from my fastag. This was very annoying and upset moment for me. Please help to refund...
