I placed an order for 5 items worth ₹2827 on 16 June 2023 from their original website and prepaid through razorpay. They cancelled my order without any explanation the next day and initiated a ticket for refund which is absolutely atrocious. If I am willing to pay for an order then I do deserve to receive it.

Bath and Body works is a company which sells body lotion and fragrances. Basically, they always come up with back-to-back sale.

They had this offer Buy one get one, where they charge the product which is of the highest value. I bought the body lotion and shower gel from the same fragrance.

The lotion on their website claimed 1699 and their shower gel was 1399. I had to pay 1699/-. The order was placed on 11th November 2022 and order id was BBW00226379 and was delivered on 14th November.

When I received the order, the MRP on the lotion showed 1499 and not 1699. I checked their website and it continued to show 1699. basically, they charged 200 more than the MRP.

I wrote to them, spoke to them and even had a chat. I explained how it's a scam and cheating, considering they must be getting orders in large numbers, the amount of money they make. The executive gave an excuse saying it's an old product but the new one is 1699, you received the old. Should I refund 200 or give a coupon of 500.

I said whatever but that's not the issue, but the point of selling more than MRP and also taking the consumer for granted. They assume they are paying less when actually there is no difference.

I placed an order on 2 Jan 2022 and on the website under past orders my parcel shows as delivered but it was never delivered to me and I made a complaint on their customer service helpline and I was told that they will look into it and send me a confirmation email about the same but no email also has received to my registered email address
