I placed an order for 5 items worth ₹2827 on 16 June 2023 from their original website and prepaid through razorpay. They cancelled my order without any explanation the next day and initiated a ticket for refund which is absolutely atrocious. If I am willing to pay for an order then I do deserve to receive it....
