I enrolled my daughter for class 8 after regular follow ups from Bhanzu Sales team. She started attending the classes but after some classes she stopped it. She shared that she is taught class 7th standard which she already knew. She completely lost interest and left it in between. I informed Bhanzu customer service team about and was ensured about the refund. After a month I called up to check the refund status and got assurances. Months passed and nothing happened. I than wrote an email too. One day I checked my bank statement which showed a loan and EMI was regularly cut. I was shocked to know that it was converted as loan and not monthly fees. I followed up again to learn that refund is not possible now. This is very bad and kind of scam. Customer service not trustworthy.

I enrolled my Daughter Anya Goel in the special potential batch with a promise that Bhanzu will refund the course fees if we choose so on not liking the course. We paid a fee of INR 45000/- for the course and are now seeking refund as course is not helping our child as per the promise made. Unfortunately - Inspite of multiple reminders of request to discontinue the course and seek refund - they have so far not given any response. I am attaching here with the payment made and sharing the request emails that I sent to them. Kindly review the case and help with issue resolution.
I have also registered the case through INGRAM but have not received any response from Bhanzu.com
