Blu Smart cab Driver "Arun Kumar R/vehicle number KA03AK8621" hit my car yesterday i.e. 16th Jan 2024 at backside and my car got damaged and dent happened and sensors(trunk) not working while opening Trunk door. When I took my car to the service center, since its a 2 months old car they are charging 26thousand rupees to replace the bumper and other sort of work. Hence I would like to request Blu smart team take action Mr Arun Kumar and reimburse my amount.

    I hope this email finds you well. My name is NIKHIL B, and I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent suspension of my Blusmart account.

    I have been a dedicated driver partner, consistently striving to provide excellent service to our valued customers. Recently, I was disheartened to discover that my service excellence bonus is being penalized for an alleged mistake that I did not commit.

    Seeking a fair resolution, I reached out to your team for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of finding a solution, my account was suspended. This has not only affected my livelihood but has also raised serious questions about the fairness and transparency of the process.

    I firmly believe in resolving issues through open communication and collaboration. As a last resort, I must express my intent to challenge this matter legally and lodge a case if a fair resolution is not provided promptly.

    I kindly request a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the customer feedback and the subsequent suspension of my account. I believe in the principles of fairness and justice and trust that your team will carefully consider the facts.

      Complaint on management

      I have worked in blusmart bangalore about 4months and left job because the mangement is not treating drivers well and company plays with multiple salary structure change without proper information and also very less salary with lots of work pressure and penalties. there is no concern person at the office and very worst company sucking employees blood
      this types of companies must be banned...

      Cab booked on 24th July from Gurgaon to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway station.

      Driver after starting the ride, while taking U Turn in the street damaged the flooring of my building where we are tenants and after multiple calls with customer care and defined teams of Blu Smart they ar unable to resolved the issue and are not ready to provide compensation for the same. They are alsing driver to pay the amount and driver is not ready to pay the required amount to fix the damage.

      Kindly help us with this issue as we are also living here on rent and owner is requesting to fix the damage caused by blu smart.

        THE DISTANCE WHICH CAN BE MEASURED BY BIKE, CARS, AUTO is 6 km, but if may be extra route due to congestion may go upto 7-8km.

        but they are charging for distance of 13.4 km in their rental service.

        But in normal ride for same distance they are charging it at 10.2km

        means 4.2km extra in rental ride for same locations.

        be aware while giving confirmation to their route, bills & extra charges.

        No proper response from them against ticket raised by me for this error.

        overall general message to all, be aware while paying, pay what you use.
        In spite of booking 2 hrs before, blu smart didn’t reach on time. It should reach and 7.15 and by 7.22 it showing another 10 min to reach. Then what is the sense of ore booking the can
