Not getting the due Warranty of my IPhone

I bought a refurbished iPhone mobile from https://buyblynk.com with a 1-year warranty and after-sales service.

The policy only covers manufacturing or functional defects. The warranty is not applicable if the product presents a problem or defect after 6 months (180 days). Blynk recommends keeping the invoice and IMEI number of your product.
My iPhone started giving trouble on 20th June 2023. I contacted Blynk, and they finally picked up the iPhone on 27th July 2023. On 30th June at 11:21, a service person called and asked for the pin/password of the iPhone, stating that they would not proceed with repairs without it. So I provided them with the required information.
However, I have not received any updates from them since then. Despite my attempts to contact them, there have been no further updates. When I called them again on 3rd July, they informed me that they had shipped the mobile back to my address. I asked them what repairs they had made, but after a long conversation, they admitted that they had not fixed anything and simply returned the iPhone. Their reason for not taking any action was that they claimed I had opened my mobile with another vendor, which they considered a breach of the warranty. Moreover, they refused to discuss the matter any further.
After persistent efforts, they alleged that the iPhone screen and battery were not original and blamed me for this. I requested to speak with a senior manager to present my case, but they initially refused. After several days of pursuing the matter, they finally connected me with one manager ([protected]), who reiterated the same claims.
I presented my case to them once again, emphasizing that I had purchased the iPhone from them and had never opened it or taken it to any other vendor, as they were suggesting. I firmly believe their accusations are completely unfounded.
Furthermore, I questioned why, if I had a valid warranty, I would send my device to someone else for repairs. I requested that they provide me with the video evidence of their personnel opening the iPhone.
The manager claimed to have the video but refused to show it to me. I have been continuously following up with them for the past few days, but they have been unresponsive. Whenever they accidentally answer my call, they simply refuse to address the issue.
They have provided me with an iPhone containing duplicate or replaced components.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and seeking justice. And they provide the warranty.

My replacement product is not dispatched till now and no response about the product and even not giving instant refund

I have ordered iPhone 7 jet black 128gb from buyblynk.com on 22-july-2022 and I received the product on 27-july-2022 and I have a issue with mic and when calling and recording is making cracking or hissing noise and I have complaint them about this through mail on 31-july-2022 and called can complaint on 2-august-2022 and they has proceed for replacement and the product is return to them on 10-august-2022 and they said that they will check the product in one working day and another working day they will send the product and from delivery date that they received product till now it is 5 working days that is 12, 16, 17, 18, 22 august 2022 till now there is no response and even in WhatsApp chat and mails no response even when I called them 20 times they are picked 2 to 4 call only said wait we will update and no giving any update and till now they even not dispatched the product and I need my product immediately.
