I had ordered rakhi for my brother on boomsvilla. It was suppose to reach by 10th Aug at canada, however it did not reach. I tried calling customer care no but it was invalid even chat with customer care support was also not helpful. I was so dissappointed....

I ordered a same day delivery product which was a teddy and chocolates in order no. BV2255428. But there is no any details and not in my knowledge where is the product. Company make their money by pay first then deliver....
