I placed an order to buy a book from BoookD portal. I paid the amount on the portal but did not receive any order confirmatin message from the portal except the payment acknowledgement. Morevoer, there is no contact detail available on the portal to reach out to customer care for further information.

I had placed an order for books on 6 September 2023 worth 444/- but till date Haven't received any update or order. Unable to track or communicate....

I ordered 7 books and chose the option of prepay. But I havenot received any messages about my books tracking till now.
I had ordered from this website before, so I trusted it, but I think it is all a scam.
Their phone number is also shown invalid and they are nit replying on instagram.
Disheartening....

I paid 2329 rs for the delivery of 15 books but 8 books were missing. The order id is 30287.I tried to call email but they never responded . I lost money worth of 1500 rs.I want a refund....

I placed an order during their Dussehra sale. My order was not delivered even after waiting for months. Around October, I kept messaging them on WhatsApp, Instagram (WhatsApp through multiple phone numbers of theirs), calling them. They either ignored me or gave a one line excuse stating that they would get back to me. Soon later, blocked me on WhatsApp, Instagram and phone. It’s been months since this has occurred....

I ordered 10 books during the mega sale from Boookd.com website amounting to Rs.1, 369/-
I made a prepaid order as I had received my books once earlier in last year.
I have reached out to them on call, whatsapp, mails and yet to response whatsoever.
Its been more than a month. I have not got refund nor my books.
Its such a poor customer service.
I strongly suggest to anyone wanting to buy books to never...

I had a set of 12 books ordered. It's been 25 days and there is no update regarding my order from the company. I tried contacting the company through email, whatsapp and phone call. No picking up, no response.

The order was prepaid which means the payment has already been done 25 days back....

Ordered a book from boookd.com on 12 feb, 2023 Order no.-28969. No mail on confirmation of the order other than payment confirmation. They don't respond to whatsapp chat, phone, mail or any other communication. I want my money refund. A humble request to please take an action against them....

I had made an order from their website on date 18th jan 2023, and prepaid for the order . Total value for order is 166.55 Rs. I have received the books and when i try to reach through their mail id, there is no response from them....

I ordered books on their website, paid the money, and Never got my books. They do not answer calls, texts, or emails. FRAUD, LIARS and THIEVES....

PREPAID Order placed on 6-Jan-2023. Post that no response from the sellers end nor any one is responding to any email/call/messages.
It looks like a fake website, who just takes the money in advance from their customers but give no products in return....

Boookd is a total fraud company. I ordered a book from their website. Book didn't get delivered. Apart from that, they don't receive phone calls, neither they reply on the wtsapp number provided in the website. They are totally fraud, please take actions against them....

I had ordered 3 books 1 month and a 1/2 ago and only 2 were delivered but the entire amount was paid and I have been talking to the executives but they have clearly stated after 2 months that they will neither refund the money nor provide the book...

I have ordered 15 Agatha Christie books and paid Rs.1700/- via Google pay on 19.09.22. But still I didn't receive the books. I have already complained several times through your WhatsApp chat but no reliable reply received yet. I am also attaching the Google pay receipt for your reference.

I ordered 13 books but received only 11. 2 books are missing. I tried contacting the team via email and WhatsApp chat! They are not even replying!!! Such poor customer service.

I lost 250 rupees and it has not affected me much but one thing I am sure is that this website is not authentic, no value for customer, not at all trustworthy.

Don't recommend anyone to buy from this website....

I ordered 4 books from their website on the 26th of July 2022. I also paid Rs. 571.10/- for the ordered books. However, till date the books haven't been received.
I tried contacting them through calls and whatsapp. However, there has been no response from them. Their contact number mentioned is [protected]....

I ordered 13 books on 18 July 2022 order Id[protected].I received 3 books on 25 July and paid 1777 for 13 books . The book store is not answering any calls or responding to any messages ....
