I have ordered 11 size but I have received 7 size and they are not even responding to mails and messages it is not fitting me.they offered 7 days refunds and not responding very pathetic company...

I ordered a pair of shoes on 24th auagust 2023 and my ORDER ID is #BBN2073979.

The shoe delivered was bigger the size that I ordered but I would like to exchange the product for a size smaller which is in accordance with your return/exchange policy.

Request you to please process this exchange request ASAP as these shoes are of No use to me in this size .
