Company name= Brand Factory 6888(instagram page) Order id= Not have Product-
09.02.2022 Amount=1500/- Register no=[protected] Problem=I ordered
shoes online through instagram page Brand Factory and he got and order detaild and
order date was -09.02.2022 and order no was= not provided .. and register
no=[protected] and paid-1500/- and product -jordan shoes(ratro 4) and they
have delivered the defective product on 15.02.2022 and he has wear it only half an
hour and its got brocken and he return the product on 19.02.2022 and he paid 150
for courier charges and after that he applied for refund but they denied to provide the
refund as per T&C of company and they have delivered the shoes send 100 for delivery charge. I pay 100 again but its wrong
shoes delilvered to him
And block in WhatsApp

Initially i asked them for a replacement, at that time the dealer told me to use the product so it will be okey, i asked them for an exchange if it doesn't get fit for my legs, but they didn't gave me exchange and i lost my vourrier charge too.No refund also. Please help me for an exchange.
