Hello paid 6 months cable bill in advance but cable is deactivated from last 1 month please help...

Sir my cable not working for last four days and service provider i.e Anisha cable marcel is unoperational they only collect monthly rental from customer and dont even have curtacy to answer calls from customer this is not first time it is regular and routin now
please chang your service provider to some efficient one and make sure if cable not working for more then 2days they should provide free one month service that will be lesson...
