Budget Baazar Complaints & Reviews

I purchased (prepaid, Rs. 6299/-) a Croma 32 inch LED TV from the company website (https://budgetbaazaar.com) on 24-Jun-2022. I received an acknowledgement text message mentioning the order number (No. #BDGT1293). Since then, I sent several e-mails ([protected]@budgetbaazaar.com, budgetbaazaar.[protected]@gmail.com) and made phone calls ([protected]) but there is no response. I realize this is a fraud.

Rs 8549.05 deducted by Mercandiseebs. Complaint made on customer care
SR[protected] on 23/06/2022. Also deposited form TDF along with the documents asked for at ICICI Bank branch.
Kindly resolve this at the earliest...
