Worst service. Stole my money. I made an order through the app and the order was failed (money deducted). It was showing at the outlet display that order was placed and cancel by some staff but I still didn’t get the the refund. now why returning that money is so hard for that company?

I have made an order of Rs 417 from burgerking app on 16th January 2022 at 7.54 pm but it keep saying food is being prepared till night and next day it closed the tracker itself.Moreover the restaurant contact no dont have incoming call facility aswell.

I have been gone through q lot because of that we waited for complete 4 hrs before having our dinner. And there is no communication from there end not eve qny refund is provided...
