Myself saranya. My children joined in byjus online tution app in two months before. So I paid 10000rs for that course. From Strating, course timing isn't suitable for our children . So many times I complaint in byjus customer service. But they didn't arrange teachers for our wish time. So I decided to withdraw my course.so I said, ""i want to cancel my course and refund my money"".but they didn't respond my calls. Further, byjus customer...
