My Son G Akhil Kumar joined ( order No SO-[protected] dated 27.12.2022) in Park Hospital Branch for the classroom program for the class 7 to 9 class. For the last 2 year they conducted the offline classes well but from April 24, not a single offline class was conducted. We have made many calls to the branch but there is no response. Even the branch is closed, and nobody is there to respond.

I was purchase the product last six months and i want cancellation but no body is responding and the emi is 9167 per month i am not in the position pay the emi so cancel the admission of Pihu as soon as possible.

I continously mailing and calling to byus department for the cancelation. They alway said we arranging the call but no call arranged no cancelation procedure done till date .my son arrush not taking any interest into it even.no proper supervision was present waste of money and time. The customer care exceutive are yo harsh and arrogant. No senior manager can talk to meabout my cancelation and refund. I paid 65, 000 for this course for 4 four .but in the month I mail for cancelation but the exceutive assured me
To taking care of the education and return18000 and course converted into 2 year . But their didn't follow his word . No action to be taken .I pay the huge amount. Why should I bear the unnecessary suffering.so plz cancel and refund
