I have taken a course from byzus for children and due to some reason I have cancelled that with 9days and I expected to get total refund.and I have been following up on this since may .I have send mail to cancellation team on may 8 and the process is still going on .As of now the status is refund is initiated but it's soo long and I didn't get response about my refund and loan cancellation.as per policy they need to initiate it very soon...

I had taken byzus tablet course but now i don't want but they are not refund my money....
