Money Lauding

I have order through cake portal.in a cake. but they successfully accept my order but they could not deliver my order on stipulated date and time . Now I am applying for refund of amount they neither reply my mail or refund my amount. In this scam Mr Jatin is involved....

I ordered a cake on 04/05/2022 on 11 o clock. They given me a time frame between 12 to 5 of delivery but haven't received yet my order.
And also they are not replying my mail.
And I also made the payment...
