Please note I had ordered Nestea Peach flavor, instead I have received Nescafe (attached is the photograph of the package).

For the same you are requested to kindly get the coffee collected back and process my refund at the earliest....

Ordered Alicafe coffee and didn't receive.The number on the site is not picking up and the email id is also fake...

I have got the wrong order and I have already sent the email with regarding the same.
Asi have even paid the money at the time of delivery.

Fraud sent wrng ordr too instead of box of lindt chocs. Its a scam dupes need to check its office dnt prepay ordrs with them....

I would like to bring fraudulent activities by the company named Candy Mania, they run a website named www.candymania.in where they sell FMCG products. I ordered Nescafe Coffee and happened to pay the money via my credit card and I never got the product. I have tried reaching this company many times but they aren't bothered to respond back or refund the amount.

Can you please let me know how to go about getting the refund...

This company is a fraud. Don't order from them. Consumer be careful. They need to be taken down and out .
I ordered an expensive coffee and they delivered cheap Nescafe after waiting for 15 days. Now the phone is switched off and the email doesn't work for returns either.

I am going to file a complain with Xpressbees also. They are committing fraud due to their relationship with this company. And if needed will file...

I had ordered lemon ice tea and they sent me coffee pouches. Though money involved was 380inr but if I had given a bigger order??...

They are definitely a fraud company, I m yet to receive the order placed on 23rd May, for 2 Nutella bottles and biscuits. They were least bothered in replying to the mails, only after I told I would go to the police they replied. But yet I have not got the order. Please don't waste time ordering from the website. Report these cheats. I traced the name and location of this website owner. I shall take action very soon. Their phone is switched...

I had ordered a Nutella 750 gram jar on second of June 2022 but when the order was delivered I found that they give me wrong order when I mailed them and requested them to return the parcel at first they did not reply but when I am really told them that I will complain they reply they told me that they will return the parcel but they didn't and now they are not responding ..their mobile number is also switched off... Candy Mania is a fraud....
