In my one score account it is showing that I have taken a loan of 400 and used 315 of it which is 79% of the limit and this loan amount is affecting my cibil score for using more than 40% which not used by me this need to be checked and corrected...

I got a message from repayment of the load taken through Amazon pay later service which was not register through me
The account was hacked by someone else, and I don't have any information why it is being allowed to compete KYC through capital float party.

Fraud agencies having very bad customer support. I have paid the emi loan after that also asking for pay. The customer support Her name is Deepa she behaving very rude and saying out of her words. This is not acceptable. I have opted for Amazon pay captial float Emi Loan option. I have done payment through phonepe but it got refunded due to sever issue.
