Fraud against online purchase

Order no 14229

Payment done with order.but ni response over phone, whats app and mail. In site there is no cancell option. Totatly fraud....

This seems a fraudulent case as :

-- The contact number runs only on IVR and is not attended by any body.
-- No response on Whatsapp number.
-- No response received on email.
-- No information received on status, post order processing and payment.
