There are harassing me and telling me to pay the amount. I have not taken any loan from them . Pls take necessary action...

I've been receieving random text messages and random whatsApp messages asking to pay some repayment amount. I have never downloaded any app or even heard of this company to have any sort of transaction with.

I did recheck my banksatements just in case and can confirm there is no transaction of any sort. Now they're trying to blackmail and extort money. Please do help. please find the attached screenshot for your reference....
