I ordered a Rico Study Table, Laptop, Computer Table ([Order #{c}43502] (July 8, 2022)) through www.catchsave.com
I received the order confirmation. Later i didn't revceive any status of my order. I have paid Rs.3299/-
Later I came to know that it is a fraud site....

I ordered jbl sound bar (speakers), and paid amount of rupees 2000 but I didn't receive the product and even I couldn't able to track the order also and customer number is always switched off, atleast I need my money back kindly take immediate action on this....

I have order the subjected item on 26th July 2022 against order no.89279 & done the payment through Paytm of Rs.1899/-. But even today i haven't the ordered item nor the return of money. Please help here to get the item nor the return of money. I have sent two times a request to update the status afterwards i couldn't able to access the site as well. Kindly help me to refund the money.

I had order a shoe rack for 2899 but then they deleted the website...

I purchased the one order from your portal and My Order ID is {c}50370 and i haven't received any update on that order like shipment track and confirmation status when we will get this order, so please update me the status on above Order ID ASAP.

Such a fake website, why isn't cyber doing anything on this. Need your support to help others fall in this trap. Thanks1...

Product I purchased was double door wardrobe with mirror for 2999 but till know no updates...

On July 20 I ordered chair through catchsave and the payment mode was paytm. But still it's not delivered yet I have tried calling email them but no response. Got to know that the catchsave are fake website. Kindly request to concerned department take strict action against this fake website and refund my money.

I have ordered one plus headphone on 19 July 2022..paid 799 rupee online...but not delivered by them..no calls mails response get yet...wrote lot of mail...

I ordered a mixer on 3rd July but still undelivered. When I tried contacting them, their phone had been switched off/wrong number....

2 products ordered from catch save as mentioned above have neither been delivered, nor any tracking method, with questionable email and phone number as portrayed in the website. No response to mails plus the phone number does not exist. Even no reply to refund of money post cancelation of order through email. Confirmatory mail about the order was sent but nothing ahead of it.

site seems legit but its a fake site
As a citizen of India we must take action sites like this
they own citizens details by manipulating them falsely
I demand authority to save the rights of people

Just now ordered shoe rack and paid 2299 then called helpdesk.seems address and phone now are fraudulent. Pls refund my amount...

I was order one ladies dress and one ear phones on 02 july 2022 at that i don't get any message or confirmation details. So till now I don't get any information about my order..so please take action about these kind of scam......

I had ordered this Lenovo tab M10 on 12 th July 2022. But found no response of its tracking, so I tried to email and it was not sent as the domain name did not exist. I have placed for the product 'Alton 2 Door Shoe Cabinet in Wenge Finish'. Paid rs 2, 299/-. It's morethan a month till now product not received. Customer care phone switched off. No one replied over mail too. Seems this is fraud site and cheating people. Please action this type of fraud not happen to others....

Realized it's fraud.
No message, ni response, no phone number.
How do these frauders still exist online.
Is there a way to expose, and trace these frauders. Should stop more customers getting chestef...

Dear Sir, I have booked from the catchsave. in website a Boult Audio Airbass Powerbuds made a payment via debit card through paytm pay for Rs 1499/- It goes to Harpal creations a fraud pls act and stop this form happening to others. I want my money back...I am attaching the proof....
