Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered subject PALAZO SET from Cazina.in website, the product which shown in website and received product colour is different and also quality was too worst. i have sent return request to their gmail id which provided on website (Care.[protected]@gmail.com) on 28th January 2023... I got reply mail like your return request number : #DEBBB51590196, no one has come to collect, again i sent mail to them on 31 January 2023, there is no reply from them... i have paid cash on delivery for product. Now website is also not working, No customer care contact numbers provided on website. Later in google i found this one of the fake website who they are cheating people by providing worst quality products and not refunding any money back. for this product i have paid 850/-, we are earning by doing hardwork, but this cheating people are earning by doing fraud and cheating people.., so please take severe action on them .. and get our money back

I raised the request on the day when I received the dress
But due to poor quality I now want to return the dress and refund of money.
Hope the customer care will process my request and I will receive the refund as soon as possible.

I recently ordered a kurta and plazo set from a website called cazina. It was good looking so I placed an order for it. After few days I received the order and when I opened the package it was totally different from what I ordered from the website. The quality of the cloth was so awful 😞. I was regretting that way I ordered from such website.then I checked the website for their return policy it shows to email for a return or refund process so I immediately send an email for refund process but there was no reply from the website. then I tried calling the contact number given in website but it turned out to be fake.
It is so disappointing 😞😞😞

I ordered one printed top and palazzo set, i received order on 09/09/2022 around 10:00 Am, as soon as product received i opened the same, and i was shocked to see such verse, poor quality product not worth for Rs.100, even the street person wear better cloth.
Immediately i applied for return, at the time of return it was showing quality issue option for return, and i applied for refund for such bad quality and now they are reverting me that they cannot return as per there refund policy, which at the time of purchase showing clearly 7 days easy return.

These cheating website take benefit that complaining will be much costly and costumer will not react even if cheated.

I have ordered Plazo set from Cazina Website on 03 Sep 2022. I have received the order on 08-Sep-2022. The Quality of the cloth is very poor. I didn't like the product at all. I have raised a return request. Till date there is no response from the Cazina and I am unable contact them through Phone.
Kindly do the needful.

I purchased Top and bottom of XL size and cloth quality mentioned was rayon fabric. The product I got is totally different. Different design, polyester material and small in size. They do not respond to return request. They are fraud and making us fool. I feel cheated . I lost my 1700 rupess for the product of rupees 400.

I want to return the product but this company not taking any action for returning not even replying over mail and call

They provide very bad quality clothes. They are totally fraud. They showed good pictures on site but delivered worst quality clothes. There is no proper possible provision for return. They have provided a phone number which is not able to connect, nor it was coming on WhatsApp. For return the site asks for order ID which is not mentioned anywhere nor on the order package nor on phone delivery message. There was no bill with the order delivered. Also when ordered from site I got no confirmation message or email. Strict actions should be taken against such ecommerce sites. And we should get our money back.

Cheapest quality product, low quality, wrong size of top and palazzo

The picture illustrated is totally different from the product and of cheap quality. The site says easy returns but there's no way to reach out to them.

They sell defective and poor product and do not respond for the return request... fraudulent company please take strick action against them

I ordered top and plaazo set from this website, but the product I received was completely different from the picture shown in the website. I got to know about the website as it's advertisement was popping up on my YouTube frequently. Only after payment of cash on delivery I could know the product was fake. There's no way to contact the company as the mobile number uploaded on the website is fake

I had ordered a Palazzo set from this - https://cazina.in/collections/top-and-palazzo for my birthday. I was so excited until I had it in my hand and saw that the cloth was awful, the colors shown on website were so enticing and what I received was no where close to it. The size is not correct either.
I had couriered it back the same day after I read their return policy. I see that no one has collected the return as well. The product is now coming back to me! I tried calling them, emailing them all in vain.

It is very sad that people are making money by cheating and grabbing hard earned money of others. Let me tell you, it will not help you my friend in anyway if you cheat someone you are going to get it back some day, dont forget, you can escape now and cheat as many you like. One day God will get you.

I will leave your shameful acts to your conscience if you have one. - This is for all who are involved in running this business.

I ordered a top and plazo set from cazina.in. I received on 29 March 2022 very cheap product the fabric is worst and the size as well as colour is also not same. I complaint about the dress which I got. I want refund they are not responding yet. I have given a mail but it's still showing pending. Company provided number is either switched off or not responding. I paid rupees 850 for that dress. I want my money back.

I have bought a dress pricing 849 rupees from Cazina. the dress quality is too low and size is small so I wanted to return. But when I contacted in the number provided the number is also not accessible. I believe the company is online fraud.
