Cera Innovation Complaints & Reviews

I want to give the complaint against the Cera innovation company because they r not even answering the calls and no reply to the massages also. Is there any alternate option please let me know. And not only me some people are also facing the same problem....

This company hr asked me a license fees for joining to work and I also pay the amount 1499 .but they say your payment was not received yet. I will done my payment 5 days ago, they are cheating and fraud company ....
