I ordered two books in June of 2023. I only received one book and that too after a month. I am currently waiting on the second one for a year now. I have sent exactly 91 emails(yes, I counted) and all of them lead nowhere. Refunds have not been issued nor have I received any discounts or vouchers or coupons for the same price. I am seriously upset and even when I asked to speak to an actual person, my request was not fulfilled. It's like...
