I booked a bus ticket from Siliguri to Delhi on 4th June 2022 for Journey on 4th June 2022, through website www.charantravels.com, with PNR No 11466, or four pessengers of Rs 15960
The bus trip was cancelled by the company and on my enqiry about refund, Mr Raghav ([protected]) told that I will get refund automatically. However, I havenot received any refund till date.
