Sent emails - talked multiple times to CHITALE WHATSAPP number +[protected] but no end solution for the below

We received the package with below deficiencies

1) Pedha × 7 boxes ordered - only 4 boxes received instead of 7
2) Mango Burfi × 1 - box was not there i.e 1 box missing
3) Chitale M² Kesar Soanpapdi (NAS) × 1 - box was not there i.e 1 box missing
4) Box was not strong - it was almost crumbling. Inside packed boxes were also impacted. For exports - you need to use String / Heavy duty boxes please. (See attached pictures of some damages - pdf file)

Please review the above and send us the shortage items. Awaiting your response on next delivery for shortage items

Hi Team,

I am a great fan of your ptoducts and Lasun शेव.
Whic use to cost roughly Rs 80 to 85 for 250 gms.

I use to buy plastic packings.

Today I visited your store in Kalyani Nagar Which had new packing of Lasun shev of 150 gms.

Two issues:
1.Two packets for 120 Rs for 300 gms.The price rise is huge.

2. The weight of New packet is 150 gms.The weight is decided in a way to cheat old customers who will blindly pick up the packet thinking it is of the same weight.

Not expected such practices from Chitale.

I had purchased a readymade 500 gms packet of bakharwadi of chitale bandhu from a retail outlet worth rs. 155/-. When i opened it, it was all in pieces and hardly any of the piece was intact full as such. It was such a mess leading to disappointment and wastage of money.

I can understand that there could be some breakage due to handling issues but i did not expect such a mess after paying so much cost. Chitale being a brand should take care that they do not disappoint customers like this
