I was approached on 11th July by CIC Global person offering to get Canadian PR or Work permit. I got a call & email explaining the procedure & fees. I got interested in Work permit. I checked with few of my friends on the process. The process was found OK. I submitted my ID proof & my profile. I was told to pay 2000/- for checking the profile eligibility. After payment on 13-July I got a call from a person in Canada who identified himself as recruitment consultant. Number not available. After the call I was informed that I am eligible for work permit based on my profile & language proficiency. They sent me a detailed report. Later they sent me an agreement draft copy to be signed & requested to pay 50K+GST to take the process forward. I went thru the agreement & sent the signed agreement copy. I paid 59K thru online transfer on 20th July. They sent me the invoices with all details. Till that period one lady called Mamuni (mob num: [protected]) interacted with me over phone, whatsapp & mail. Found her reasonably professional. After payment one case manager Abhinav (mob num: [protected]) was assigned to handle my case. on 28th Jul He sent me exhaustive list of documents to be submitted for verification. As the number of documents were exhaustive I needed more than 2 weeks to gather & submit the documents. Infact he suggested me to get Police Clearance Certificate thru Passport office. Accordingly I got it. Till that time they seem to be quite professional & trust worthy. I submitted all the documents on 15th Aug. I was told that they need about 25 to 30 days to complete the verification which will be done by a 3rd party legal team. I called Abhinav on 1st week of Sept. There was no response. I called Mamuni again. One guy called Ajmal called me & told that documents verification will be completed after 10th Sep. I tried calling them again on 12th Sep. There was no response from either Abhinav or Ajmal. I called the land line numbers[protected] &[protected]. Phones were ringing but no response. After 2 days I got a message that numbers are temporarily suspended, incoming calls barred. Mamuni was also found very irregular on whatsapp. I tried calling her again. She last attended my call on 16th Sep & told me that another guy called Sourav will call. But alas nobody has called me & all their numbers including landline numbers are not reachable. They don't answer.
I am sure that It's a 100% fraud company cheating gullible customers. I need my money to be refunded. I have the all proof of payments, communication & signed agreement copy. The company may have even been shut down.

They have charged me 2000 as application processing fee. Post that after screening they have charged 43000 as first installment once the payment was made none of them are responding and even after multiple follow ups. They are arrogant enough to say and raise a legal complaint.
