I have ordered a wreath via City Flowers in Mumbai to be delivered before 14:00h/14FEB as the Funeral took place at 15:00. The wreath was not delivered. I requested for the refund of my expenditure. The company did not provide me with any evidence that the wreath was delivered. They only showed a slip with someones signature. Neither the priest nor the staff nor the family and friends who attended saw the wreath during the funeral. City flowers does not answer correctly and keeps insisting they delivered the wreath, which is not the case.

I had order a bouquet from their website in a hurry. It was a mistake not checking for reviews as such. As soon as I ordered there was no confirmation of the order nornno status. I tried calling their customer service number and even emailed them but have gotten no response. I just googled a bit about them a many have faces issues with them and haven't gotten their flowers delivered. It seems to be that cityflowers.co.in is a scam and I do not recommend ordering from them.
