The Cafe coffee day @ Kasturinagar Bangalore charged me twice for the same bill for 680 INR saying that the UPI transfer is not successful. I paid the same amount via debit card too. They said UPI will refund but even 12 days later too there is no refund and Google pay say the amount is successfully credited to CCD.
Help to refund my amount....

We are regular customers of cafe coffee day. We visit mainly south mumbai outlets at nariman point, marine drive, tardeo & others. We had a lady guest from out of india. We went to sea castle - marine drive on 25-07-17. We ordered two items to start with. Vanila caapucino (145/-) & toffee surprise (149/-). Toffee surprise (149/-) was charged at 280/-. Originally the bill was not given with details. Only on demand it was given & when enquired...
