I have opened CoinDCX account on 20/06/2021. I have traded for 9 months and one day suddenly my account was freezed without even any intimation. When I complain they say that I’m using this application in different domicile which is not listed in their terms .
They allow me to open the account with the mobile of a different country other than India. They allow me to trade for almost 10months and suddenly freezed and holding my funds...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My deposits have been rejected but my money is deducted from My bank account via mobikwik
I've done a transaction via mobikwik via upi on th 21 Jan 2022. Payment was done but CoinDCX rejected it. As a result of this, my amount Rs. 700/- deducted from my Bank A/c.And I don't know but they always blocked the upi and force the consumers by doing payment via mobikwik...
