I have ordered a beautiful lehnga but they provide cheap quality of replica and don't initiate refund . It should be banned. I don't know why no one is taking action against them after so many complaints...

I purchased a Saree from Craftly fashion, Surat through Instagram. The product was totally different, poor in quality and had black patches.
When I asked for return, they say "we have information from werehouse that you have received exact the same product".
Even when I say that the quality is not good and there are black patches, they say as per warehouse, quality is also good.
The reply and behavior was also not good....

I orders a lehnga from craftly fashion from their instagram store ..but i received designed copied lehnga it was damage nd quality was very poor...I asked for return nd refund but ther cancelled my request. .but at. Starting when I asked about return policy at that tym they agree for return policy but after delivery ther totally refused my request......

I have buyed the product through Instagram from carftly fashion insta profile catlogue design clothing surat Gujarat and I have received a totally different product which is not same from the product shown in the video while buying. When asked for return and refund they totally disagree to it. They promised easy refundable policy while buying and now they are not accepting our request
