After the call, the company worker said to payment then the product will ship. So i made that payment, then they just don't answer me and on call ask me some otp that i denied already. It's a highly malicious website.

I have order my ps5 from croma wholesalers electronics company but my order is not shipped yet no any further details of the order not even any refund I have got from croma the person who have taken my order is feroz shaikh his code is 8000327 he is not picking up my call after two days of receiving the amount he gave me the courier bill also even in the gmail I recieved the order details I have paid 50k which I am not getting any lead if croma can help me plz help me I trust your company I buy all my electronics from croma that's why I paid full amount because ps5 is going to be booked by croma with full amount I trusted and it became a scam for me what have to be done this is not fair
