We are paying the money for flower and chocolate delivery in delhi but when i am track my order they show processing last 24 hours...

I ordered my cake on July 10... they asked extra 100 rs to delivery I paid that too. Later 2hrs they cancelled my order... they didn't refund my amount stil... how can they take order with our transaction over.. lik wise daily cakes cancel means they have to refund my money 599...
