Bought OnePlus headphones from them. Unfortunately when the package was delivered it contained. Unauthentic OnePlus headphones. The package was bought on the March 21, 2023. The order number was 10419 and there has been no resolution despite numerous emails and calls to the provided number. All I requested was for my refund and take the product away....
