I have ordered combo set of boat ear buds but they sent me some extra bass headset that i never willing to buy. I should what to refund my amount and never advise to buy any product from there cheapest sites.....

I have ordered for a sony wireless headset combo-blue for 1599 from dealsnow11 website. But have received a wired headset of extra bass. I have made the payment for the ordered product and need the same. The actual order was for two products combo one is a neck band headset and other was an ear bud. I need the real product which I ordered....
