It is a very serious issue. delhivery courier person not came to pick the parcel on dt. 05.01.23 and today same issue. i call to Mr. Vijay Pal (Firozabad branch main person), i don't know about the designation of Vijay Pal. He never reply our call, text sms, whats'app message. due to delhivery logistics bad response our parcel got breached many time since we stared our business. today we have send our parcel to delhivery office at our cost....

I leave in Jaipur at Brahampuri. My complaint is regarding a delivery boy that he comes to deliver the goods in our area often. He always through the trash like plastic bags, plastic bag seals at entrance of my home.
Today evening when I came to home, I saw plastic bags, as well as yellow seals which was thrown away at my home.
This is not the right thing done by the delivery boy who comes by bike. He often...
