I have order a gift to be delivered, and did the payment using upi payment. The money was debited but the product was neither delivered nor the money was refunded

I have ordered cake. They promised me same day delivery but didn't deliver at all. No response for call and messages. They didn't refund money too.

They are fraud and cheaters.
