I placed an order for CP-UNC-TB51L3-MDS camera on 29th August 2022. They offered a method of priority dispatch which skips the queue and delivers within 3 days compared to 7-10 days of COD. This method required prepayment of Rupees 5560/-. After the payment was successful I received an order confirmation stating the same thing but no further communication happened. I started a support request via email with 5-6 follow up emails over days/weeks, they were never responded. Calls were ignored and finally my order never came. Its been more than a year
Razorpay secure showed a seal stating we trust this company. This looks like a team scamming.
I request a thorough investigation into this and also a refund.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Smart Clear View Orginal Cover EF-ZG990CBEG on March 25, 2023, and paid Rs 3199 + 200 for Faster Delivery. But till now the product is not delivered. I contacted them multiple times with their given email and Whatsapp number but till now no response.

I ordered a earbud from their site vide order number 33703, for which I opted for COD and paid a token amount after their staff called and asked me to pay. Now they do not respond nor they have sent my order, once I posted a review their staff called and asked to take down the review. These guys are running a scam and are duping people....

I am ordering a iBall Thunder 2.1 Multimedia Speaker system. After ordering the item, next day one lady call to me asked Rs. 250/- for advance in cash on delivery order. I am sending the money. But no reply after that.
