The amounts are paid for orders as above which are cancelled

They are not refunding the amounts, I contacted customer support so many times, they simply say it as technical issue and when it will be solved they are not committing...

I ordered 2 boxes of "Protinex original powder" on 21st August, 2022 and got them delivered on 25th August, 2022. One of them is expired product and needs to be returned, replaced or refunded. I am not able to put up a return request via application since the product is not returnable and also there is no return request option available. Kindly look into it and do the needful!...

Mujhe Galat Product Veja Gaya hai......

Purchased "one touch select plus test strips" vide Order # EP4224199 and returned the on 19th 2022 June as the product was not working in my device, cost Rs.550 only.
After much communication on 30th 2022 June, the product picked up.

Again after so much communication closed the request on 18th July 2022, but I didn't get the refund amount for the product.
