I have make an online shopping through Dhanni, Rs279 dated 03-06-22 amount got deducted from my account but order was not placed. How much time it will take to revert the amount?...

no responce to customer care by mail or call many time i have try many mail i have send to customer care. but no solution.my 149 rupees pending into dhani wallett.but no option to pay.
please cancel my plan.
