I had booked a 2 Katha Bunglow in the project "Royal Enclave" of Dharitri Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. I was not interested in the property anymore.
Therefore I had applied for my refund in 14th May 2022. As per communication shared by company in 14th May 2022, my booking amount will be refunded after 6 months November'22.
But Till date I have not received any of my payment.
Though I am regularly following up with them but...

I have booked a flat in one of the project "Royal Enclave" of Dharitri Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. By the time till August 2021, the work for my flat (booked block) was not initiated. Therefore I had applied for my refund in 28th August 2021. As per communication shared by company in March 2022, my booking amount will be refunded in installment with a gap of 20-25 days.
But Till date I have not received any of my payment.
