I would like to bring in your notice that I have booked a ticket from delhi-Bangalore-delhi for a weekend from 11th Nov departure and return on 12th Nov 2017 to meet my fiancee who was leaving from bangalore to US after our engagement. I wanted to go to banaglore to say good bye to him as he was going for a year. my meeting with my fiancee was very precious and I was going first time to bangalore just for my fiancee to say bye to him. Also 13th Nov was my office to report in some very important meeting.
However, when I start my journey and reached airport at the boarding counter I was 35 minutes before of departure while carrying a small carry on trolley bag with me. Staff of vistara at the delhi airport was little helpful to provide my boarding pass to board the flight.
Therefore, my worst experience starts while taking the return flight. When I arrived before 40 minutes of departure at the bangalore airport on boarding counter to get boarding pass to board the flight quicky.
I was simply, arrogantly, rudely and unprofessionally denied to give my boarding pass as I was not before 45 minutes and immidiately they asked me to take next flight which was after 5 hours with the cost of 10 thousands rupees. I was completely shocked and stunned to hear that and asked them to allow me as it’s a matter of 5 minutes, as I was already at the counter before 40 minutes and had no checked in luggage.
I also told them while coming from delhi to bangalore I got my boarding pass before 30 minutes and have boarded the plane peacefully then why there is a big hassle when I am 40 minutes before to take my flight.
Still no body from the vistara airline staff helped me, just refused to give my boarding pass and did not allow me to board the plane and no staff was at the counter was helpful. They left the counter and were walking here and there but least bother to entertain the passenger who was standing at the counter to understand my condition.
None of the staff talked to me.. just ignored me on my face and left me alone at the counter without helping me.
I was all alone at the airport and had no clue what to do next, I felt like crying as that city was new for me and I had no more money with me in cash or in my account, my fiancee also was already left from the same airport to US from whom I could take help for a new flight.
I again walked up to vistara ticketing counter from boarding counter as one of the staffs advised me to go there and checked with them if they can allow. I spoke to a girl she was the only girl who was there in that ticketing cabin counter and was already on call. I waited and when she got free she was more unhelpful and said next flight is 10 thousands rupees as this flight borading time is close. I told I was already on time but because o[censored]n-cooperative and unhelpful staff I am just roaming here and there instead taking my flight from the departure gate.
But as like others staff she was not responding, all staff seems were on MAUN FAST. no body was talking and dealing me in a proper manner to come across to any solution. I simply wanted to take my flight but because of non handling the passenger I was roaming here and there with tension and all stressed.
This experience was really paining, stressful and horrible for me as I didn’t even got my refund for the flight. All happened because of the behaviour of your careless staff at the bangalore airport and extremely unhelpful and unprofessional who did not even speak to the passenger properly and left from the counter while leaving the passenger alone.
I WANT REFUND for the return flight and justification on this matter

    This is to inform you that I mr gaffy garg is a platinum member of air Vistara.I m travelling on air Vistara flight UK 963 from delhi to mumbai on 9 February 2018.As a platinum member I have checked in through business class counter & presented upgrade voucher for next cabin class.At that time 1seat is available for the next cabin class according to your colleague name Mridul But he denied to upgrade me.The reason behind this he told me that sale is on now for that seat.so sir can u pls tell me that what does that voucher means????why I have spent lots of money for this???& else he told me that you have to wait for another 1 hour for upgrade but your coupon says 2 hours prior to departure if seat is available so anyone who have voucher can redeem it for the next cabin class.

      My parents were boarding from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar on 12 march 2019(flight no-UK783) at 9:30 am, as they reached Bhubaneshwar, they couldn't find one of their luggage, it took half of the day to find the luggage and lodge complain at the airport. By end of the day they were unable to find their luggage and went back to the airport for the same.As they went to Bhubaneshwar to celebrate their anniversary it was a planned holiday with a short span of time to different places, as one their precious day was being wasted due to AIR VISTARA neglegency.

        My membership number is UK[protected]. I have checked my Vistara account & saw that 2140 points expiry! This is very shocking news for me! Because how can you minus my points without intimating me before expiry? I had checked my emails inbox, spam and trash section and seen no emails form Vistara. You should have emailed me at least once before minus my points. You should have made me a call or SMS before this type of action. You can not do this right away. This is unfair.

          I boarded Flight VISTARA UK636 with E-Ticket[protected] /Booking Reference PXCJD3 from Amritsar (ATQ) on date 15-Apr-19 time 16:15 to Mumbai (BOM - Terminal 2 DOM AND INTL) & once i reach Mumbai i found my luggage case broken, This is really a bad experience with such a good brand.

          Who is responsible for such handling even after paying good money to airline.Please revert with action plan.

            My today's flight to jammu from Delhi UK812 was a nightmare. It was not comfortable at all. I was traveling with my 3 year old. I don't know if the problem was with the air bus or the pilot. I have travelled under extreme weather conditions but it has not been this bad. People were so terrified. Almost had a heart attack. My heart was sinking through out. I was regretting cancelling my train booking n opting Vistara.

              I am flying to Colombo.It was connected flight.
              From Chandigarh to Delhi it was Vistara and from Delhi to Colombo it was Sri Lankan airlines.
              When I came to India through same PNR it was perfect I got Boarding passes up to Chandigarh from Colombo.
              But now on the way back Vistara refused me to give Boarding passes from Delhi to Colombo and used only up to Delhi.They rescheduled flight by 1.30 minutes without information. I just came to know when I reached counter.

                The traffic condition at the Hapur Chungi main red light near ALT centre have become worse than ever before. The police (traffic police) is just like a puppet standing their and no control has been seen from their side...irregular line clearing and misuing the authority has been a common problem for the civilians. The traffic incharge is actually stnading their looking for bribes for 15 Rs 20 Rs. This is a request to the SP.Traffic police Ghaziabad that Sir please make a surprise visit to the mentioned position and look what is happening after 5:30 and 6:00 PM...the traffic policement insults and abuses us when we dropped down to complaint for this unlawful behaviour. The city is ours and we have to do something to make it remove the long traditional tag of a crime city and a city where law is just a toy that is being played with at every next turn.

                  During The Peak hours of traffic at Vasundhara at Budh Chowk, Kanawali Ckowk and Ckowk between Budh Ckowk and Vasundhar Red Light no traffic personnel are available most of the time during 7.30 AM to 9.30 AM and 1.30 PM to 2.45 PM and 6.00 PM to 8.30 PM. These time slots are heavy traffic are due school and office time. Indiranagar Police station are very close, approximate few few yards from budh chowk but tarfficking is very poor in these area. Most of the time there is jam at all these points and traffic personnel are not available. Please authorities are requested to look into the matter.

                      On my daily travel route from New Delhi to Noida, I use NH24 which right now is in its worst condition ever due to ongoing expressway expansion. At the UP gate entry only, earlier there was a major traffic light which now has been removed due to the construction and the policemen are controlling the traffic manually.

                      NH24 is the most congested are of my daily route and the police always try to make the most of money within this part as this road handles major traffic of office goers. Policemen do not bother and always keep ignoring the traffic jams but they get very attentive at the first sense of them making some money. I was stopped by a constable at the UP gate in the offence of jumping a red light when there is no traffic light within the vicinity. This guy with almost fake uniform, no name badge and even covering his face asked me to provide my documents which I provided as this was my first offence. I was completely unaware of their trick that once you hand them their documents, then starts the blackmailing of fining a challan of Rs. 1400 for jumping the red light in Uttar Pradesh. They were controlling the traffic and were standing almost in the zone of invisibility and blamed for not seeing him. He was barely concerned about the flow of traffic and was only bothered about his tobacco with full dedication.

                      Bringing on the light on the fact that on your first offence of jumping a red light you can only be fined upto Rs. 100 and he threatened me for a challan of Rs.1400 and suspension of my driving license. I only handed him my RC but no other document as by that time I felt that I will have to pay him much of the bribe for as many documents I hand him. So, I refused to provide any other document unless he calls a traffic inspector who actually has the right to fine me. But the traffic inspector need not to bother about anything except for his share at the end of day. Now comes the actual part of story, their role of mentioning that your driving license will be suspended and I will have to go miles to get my challan paid. Subsequently his hand under in the side of my seat was indicating the amount he needed at that instant with all 5 of his fingers standing tall like our national flag. I refused to pay the amount leading to it, the constable actively left the scene taking my RC with him left me hanging on the other side of road.

                      I went after him and asked him to fine me a challan of Rs.100 according to Motor Vehicle Act but he kept on threatening me. At that moment I pulled out my phone and asked him to pose for me so that I could take the matter further and resolve it legally but he had his face covered and he refused to show his face and also there was no name badge. He was not ready to tell me his name either nor he was handling me my RC back. So I asked the inspector resting inside the bunker to give me my RC back but as I said earlier, he hardly bothers about his duties.

                      At the conclusion, I left that place giving the constable Rs.300 which he quickly kept in his pocket as he did so much hardwork for that. It was his prize possession as it takes a lot to stand on roads at 40 degree temperature and running behind cars just to make sure their day ends well. Its a request to the higher authorities to keep a regular check on the duties assigned to the police personnel and make sure they carry themselves properly with their name badge and their face visible which all is applied on the public. Sometimes, traffic their is controlled by private guards hired by the company that is responsible for the construction in the vicinity and believe me they are much more competent than the traffic police in this job. Well this was my first experience and I believe this will be my last as from now on I know what to do under such conditions. I am writing this just to make people aware about the situation that they might get into if they are driving on the roads while many o[censored]s have experienced it.

                        Although indirapuram is home to every kind of problem, I would like to draw ur attention to traffic issues. Would someone care to tell me why there r no traffic lights in indirapuram. Traffic management is so archaic that I can't even believe. In fact there is no management. It is like living in a medieval age. Boss, no city in world is functional without basic traffic management protocols. A basic human right. There r jams everywhere, multiple t- points, u turns have been made everywhere without any serious planning . There is one chauraha just by d side of habitat centre, humungous mismanagement, it show b a case study how bad a city traffic traffic could b. Accidents can take place any moments. R we waiting fr disaster to happen. My humble request Pls install red lights at chauraha, t points, a very basic thing. Thx

                          I am Roopa Bhasin the first owner of Vehicle Number (UP14DS7307) Vehicle name Activa 5G Scooty(Blue color) unfortunately I received a wrong challan of 2000 rs. I checked the challan details in which I found the photo of Vehicle number(UP14DS0307)and 3 people sitting over that vehicle. The traffic police man wrongly entered the vehicle number in challan details due to which I received the challan of 2000 rs .As in the captured picture the Vehicle number is (UP14DS0307) and also mentioned violator name in challan receipt is Govind Gupta and address is also different in challan receipt.The traffic police man entered wrong Vehicle number at the time of making challan.The traffic police man entered my vehicle number(UP14DS7307) instead of Vehicle number UP14DS0307 SO Unfortunately I received a challan
                          Please check the vehicle number for making the challan and Please cancel my wrongly received challan of 2000 rs

                              Sir my pli no mentioned above is matured in Oct 16 and original bond paper along with payment voucher duly pre receipted fwd to u throygh 637 FPO DT 3 Oct 16 and the same was returned stating that subject pli transfered to Mh circle and they also returned back stating that payment Wii be made by u.again all the document fwd to u in DEC 16.As on date neither I received my payment nor any information regarding my policy.my mob no is [protected] and gmail address is senwerramniwas @gmail.com.I retd from Air Force WWF 31 Dec 16.kindly give information regarding delay of payment

                                Sir, Dear
                                I 736220 Ex JWOd Policy holder of above mention Policy. I have left the Air Force on 31 Mar 2016 and request with application to transfer my policy to my nearest FPO. Above said Policy transferred to 637 Field Post Office PIN-900637 C/O 56 APO on 02 May 2016 for further premium deposit and necessary action till maturity. Policy maturity completed on 26 Oct 2016. I have handed over the original policy and all relevant document to Sub AK Tiwari Field Postmaster of 637 Field Post Office. He has sent all the documents to Addl Dte Gen of APS on 21 Nov 2016.
                                Sir, Till date no any reply or action taken by your end. I Approached on 10 Jan 2017 Sub AK Tiwari to know the position of my policy, his behavior was very rude and said mera jitna kam tha kar diya ab jo bhe kar-na hai direct karo mere pass mat aana dubara. I was shocked with his reply but didn't given any reply to him and waited till date that some thing will done by your end. Dear sir now my patience ended and I am writting this letter to know about my above said policy.
                                Its my humble request to look this matter as soon as possible. Waiting for you reply.

                                  With due I would like to inform you that i did a PLI policy APS-YS-1595043 L, in Army Post Office, Colaba Mumbai on Sep 2015. Monthly premium for an amount of Rs.4133/- is being deducted since Sep 2015 from my salary through Naval Pay Office, Mumbai.
                                  However I didn't receive my PLI Bond till date. I would also like to inform you that I will be released form service on July 2017 after completing my initial bond of 15 years. In view of the above my salary deduction of the monthly premium will be stopped from Naval Pay Office. It is therefore requested that the Policy Bond along with Pass Book be sent for future payment of premium, to me in the address given below as I have been transferred fron INS Virrat at Mumbai to INS Aditya at Karwar Naval base:-

                                          sir,
                                          1. I, 668070 having pli policy no aps 1057966-a which was going to be matured in the month of 27 jan 2017, with detuction of rs 2510 per month orginally but varying time to time without any intemation to me.The detuction was in folloeing manner.
                                          Jan 10 to jul15- rs 2510/month
                                          aug15 to feb16 –rs 2554 /month
                                          mar16 to aug 16-rs 2555/month
                                          sep16 to oct 16-rs 2558/month
                                          in the month of march 10 total four installments of rs 2510 each were deducted together as per payslip of mar 2010.
                                          2. As per policy the deduction should be upto december 16. But deduction was only upto oct 16.On enquiry, afcao said whatever instructions were given by pli hq, they have deducted. Local fpo (deolali) office where i have submitted orginal paper, said they can not do any thing in this matter. No one is co-oprative and i am helpless & confused where i have to approach at such stage as my daughter marriage is fixed and i am badly in need of money.

                                          2. I have already dispatched original policy (aps 1057966-a) along with required necessarry document.

                                              Sir, most humbly and respectfully I, beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable orders please. I, Jc 725453H Ex Subo retired from Army on 31 Mar 2017. I have a PLI policy No APS-907002-Ldt 06 Mar 2009 of Rs2 Lakhs opened at Jabalpur. Now I would like to transfer my policy at civil post office Trimulcheegary (Secunderabad), because after retirement my premium has not been dedecting, I also forwarded a letter for issue of premium receipt to ADGPLI 453/PLI/SDO on dt 06 Mar 2017, but no any action has been taken by them to till date, thats why I can not able to deposit the premium.I again requesting to you please transfer my PLI policy to the above mentioned address. Necessary documents has already been despatched to your office under the letter No 453/PLI/SDO dt 06 Mar 2017 subject of the letter is ISSUE OF PREMIUM RECEIPT.
                                              I hope that you will surely help me, I will always grateful to you for this act of kindness.

                                                    I, JC-641795L Sub have a PLI which is due for maturity on 08 Feb 2017. I had submitted my all the claim documents and also informed on tollfree no that my all premium have been paid but the maturity claim not yet paid to me so far. I therefore approach to PAIO (OR) ASC (South) to give the details of remittance of amt for the missing month, the info that the amt have been paid vide schedule sl no 52242. Now I request to pay the amount with interest for the delayed period on priority.

Aps288312-L and Aps-851111L sir my retirement date was 30 April 2017 and my premium dedicated upto April 2017 from Pao and in April 2017 I paid amount for may 2017 in Bareilly Apo but they give me premium receipt of April month not may month when I ask them they said it is automatically updated for may month but when I checked pli the premium was upto April month I completed about this in Sena dak sewa bawan but not satisfied yet please resolve my problem and update my premium for may 2017

                                                            I was in search of part time jobs homebased which I want to do it from home I applied everywhere online and finally got to know about Digitlogics which was providing work. I visited them and they shown me two types of work Online and offline. I took Offline work of freshers package as I was new to this data entry work and after few I joined them and got my work on my mail id. After downloading there software I started my work which was of 15 days duration it was bit hard at start but after some days it became habit to me my typing speed also increased day by day
                                                            In start I took 2 days extension due to my personal issues and on 17th day I submitted my project and was eagerly waiting for my report and accuracy from company. And I got my report that I have made mistake and error more in pages so that project was cancelled and I was getting 2 project on my mail . I called them and talked wih them about this they said to make this work positive and assured about my payment and after my 2 second I started my work and within 15 days I completed my work and submitted it to them. And this I work really hard was praying for my work and my payment and after 3 days I got my mail and It was clearly written that YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND YOUR PROJECT IS HAVING LESS ERROR AS MENTIONED . I was very happy by seeing this and within 2 days I got my payment on my bank account. It was really good. Yes guys they are paying out and bringing more and more live projects as an part time. I earned rs20000 from my work and those are hard working for it will definitely get paid.
