I booked an Intelligent Photochromic Glass. This is plastic glass and not an anti-blue layer. I want to return this product. Please support as soon as possible.

Very worst product sent to me with higher price

Glasses that I have received from ezeeshop18 are very cheap. item they showed were very different they charged me rs 1199/ this is totally fraud and cheating product which I got is easily available in market for rs 100/ only

I order a above product on 14 Nov 2022 and received the product on 16 Nov 2022, but product I received and product was marketing by company are very much different. The product sent to me as road side product which easily available in market not more then Rs 200/- but they show the different product and charge Rs 1199/- this is totally fraud and cheating.

I am going to the warehouse for return the product and also going to file the complaint against Ezeeshop18 and DLS warehouse 2 for as per The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Misleading Advertisements, 2022’ (Guidelines). If anyone interested can contact me.
