This is to share a highly DE-motivating experience at time and again . Kindly find the sequence of incidents as follows...

22-Feb-24 Booked 2 blood test for 23-Feb-23 named as follows
1- ARTHRITIS & AUTOIMMUNITY AWARENESS ( EIA ) SCREENING PACKAGE AAA- Rs 1120/-
2- TSH (THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE)- Rs 200/-
On discussion with Customer care an amount of Rs.150/-(home visit charges) got discounted and a final bill of Rs.1320/- sent to me. Time is specially told to customer care as 8.30 in morning. so he gave a slot of 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM. I again mentioned about time to be punctual at 8.30 and requested that if you expect late visit then please give slot of 7.30 AM to 8.30 AM . But he confirmed me that person will come on time.
23-Feb-24
Morning at 7.30 AM, I called on the number received on SMS but there was no answer, again tried at 8.00 AM but again it was no answered. Then I called Customer care and asked about the expected time of visit. But she also not confirmed . She told me that sample will be collected within one hour. Understanding her tone i requested her to reschedule my sample collected to 24-Feb-24 in the slot of 7.30AM to 8.30 AM. She did the same.
Person who has to collect sample never picked-up the phone
24-Feb-24 Person who has to collect the sample reached at 7.15 AM (Before the slot timing) . He collected the sample and generated the bill and asked to give Rs.1470/-. I told him that my biliing amount shoud be Rs.1320/-, I showed all the messages stating about the bill amount but he did not get convienced and started pressurising to make the payment of Rs.1470/-. i called to customer care and shared the complete incident. She accepted the mistake of customer care appolozised also but told me to talk to the person who came to coolect the sample to wave-off the amount. But that person has told me that he can not do this. then costomer care told me to make the payment and she will arrange to refund Rs.150/-. Person who has visited to collect the sample, does not even tried to understand the case and stuck only to make the payment else cancel the booking. No human face that person has given blood and it will be a waste if cancelled the booking
Person who has given blood as sample will not having any option so I paid the amount . I was told that I will get the refund.
In Afternoon I checked to customer care about the refund, I share the compolete story . He agreed and told that you will get the refund I am raising a ticket for the same. I asked that was it not raised till but I have been told that it has already raised. He told me that it was not raised but now i am raising the ticket. I have no option.
26-Feb-24 Till 3.29 PM today I have not received and ticket on my message. NO value to the customer even follow-up calls
Considering NO EFFECT to talk to customer care, I thought to write the mail to you with expectation to get relief

My mother did her urine culture from dr. lal path lab lab on 18 jan, we got result after continuos requests on a much later date than we were told at the time of test but when we saw the result we got scared as it showed a very dangerous pathogen which can not be treated with normal antibiotics and whose treatment could damage kidneys, on showing the reports to the doctor he ordered one more urine culture because he was feeling suspicious...

I booke home sample collection from dr.lal path lab, lucknow. The person who came to collect sample told me that cbc and glucose report will come same day whereas stool report next day. Same was told to me on call when i booked home sample collection.
But it’s been 40hrs now i have not received any report nor that person is answering my call.
Yesterday when i asked him to give me bill receipt he sent a scanned copy on whatsapp that too with wrong spelling, when i asked to rectify he said will do tomorrow. Now today is sunday lab is closed! They are making patients fool making joke out of serious things! It’s not an amazon order that they can delay delivery nd not answer call it’s medical report, non sense is happening at the lab. Now i also doubt on the authenticity of the report im sure they are also fake non-reliable! I do not trust 1% ! Disgusting service !
