I had booked driver from the App and an inexperienced driver was allocated by the company.
That driver didn't even know how to pull down handbrake.
The trip was rough and on the way back home, driver bumped my car while parking it. I had complained it to the company Drivers4Me and they had told me not to pay anything to the driver. I asked the driver if he really had a driver license to which he said that it was his 4th trip, he has just got his driver license.
I had complained to Drivers4Me as the damages done to the vehicle by their inexperienced driver would cost none Less than 10000 (ten thousand). Drivers4Me told me that insurance was not opted and they have nothing to do as per company policy.
They have simply denied to take any responsibility.
I had booked driver from their App, they are sending the driver, they are recruiting inexperienced drivers who doesn't know how to drive, but company would not take any responsibility for damages made.

I would have booked from a local driver centre rather than going for app booking through Drivers4Me where the rate is also on higher side. I would have got an experienced driver if a local driver centre driver was hired.

Why should one go for app booking if the aggregator does not take the responsibility??

Drivers4Me is the worst in this segment and they should check and rectify their company policy.

    I booked a driver using the app Drivers4Me online. They provide drivers for owned cars.

    Incident 1: July 13th I booked a driver from this app (Booking ID DQDBAZ). Due to his rash driving he hit a person in cycle. After hitting him he even refused to come out of the car to apologise to the person or take ownership of the fault. My sister who was travelling alone at that time had to face humiliation. The crash caused minor damage in my car as well. After informing them they took notice of it and promised to send well trained and responsible driver.

    Incident 2: I booked for another trip booking ID: 5GOL9D on 14th July 2023. The driver started driving very carelessly. He couldn’t even dodge or show down for potholes. During this trip die to his negligence there were multiple hits on rickshaw and bricks. Also he kept on jumping and overtaking cars on signal. His wreck less driving caused visible damage on my car bumper. Also received a signal jump ticket during this tenure.

    Once reported they first informed me the money for the trip will be refunded to me and they will recover the signal offence and will be paid to me.

    After 2days they are coming up with excuse saying they are not liable to pay for any damage.

    The driver was provided by them how they are not liable to work and help out customers in case of concerns? Why the customer has to bear the fine when the offence was committed by the driver who represents drivers4me?
