I have 14000/- pending on the company account but not able to withdraw....

This company shows me a product and says to sale this product for each sale I give a commission amount...first recharge each product for its cost...I reached my own money for a product. I sale a product and get commission fees but tha money was freeze I finished 3 mission lose totally 18k...still I couldn't get this money formy account......
